2020 Brazilian Floods
In January 2020, Subtropical Storm Kurumi generated heavy rainstorms across the Southeastern Region of Brazil, driving intense floods and mudslides throughout the area. The states of Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo and Rio de Janeiro were hit particularly hard. Use this app to visualize the extent of disturbance throughout the region before and after the subtropical storm event.
